After a 15-year career in IT, Jeff Phillips pursued his dream by starting his own carpentry company in 2011. Initially, he began with just one employee, focusing primarily on flooring installations. Since then, the company has expanded to include 11 employees, along with access to 10 subcontractors, varying with the seasons. Team JP Contracting now boasts over 40 years of combined experience in carpentry and renovations.
